Apparently, there is someone who works in our school named "Steve Holt".

He sent out this universal email, which is how I came to know of his existence:

"We will performing server maintenance on Monday morning between 8am and 10am, some servers will be temporarily unavailable during this time, sorry for the inconvenience.
